On the road with Sissi the Cat

Life in the bus is great, and even better with Sissi the queen-cat!
She was travelling with me for some years; a bit sad, but now she
has such a beautiful home, I simply can't drag her out of here again.
So back to feeding all cats I meet on my travels, always hoping
that one of them will sneak into the bus and do the cuddle up.
Oh how I will miss her this year!

For all of you who have already dreamt about taking their sweet pussycat on the roads, just do it!
I was surprised how well it went, especially considering Sissi hadn't been out in the nature ever,
before we hit the road. Many are afraid that their cat will hate it and run away; Sissi loved it, and
she always came back after a thorough and lenghty discovery of a new territory almost every day.
Sissi, ready to check out a new spot.
She also behaved very clever when crossing borders; you have to be aware that animals
are supposed to have a chip implant and some kind of 'passport'. Sissi prefered to stay
un-chipped, and at borders she either hid, or was so sweet, the border guards just loved
her (imagine the scenery of an armed serious-looking guy in uniform melting away!).
So if you are also spending a lot of time on the road and worry about living without your cat(s):
Give it a try, maybe just for a small-ish trip, and who knows, maybe you have the perfect furry-
purry travel companion, and you simply didn't know about it!
