My Camera is Looking at: Italy
Here's a few shots of my recent trip through Italy; I always love to
portrait my camera while it is looking at things...
This picture beautifully illustrates how the camera changes reality...
A scenery where I waited for hours for something to happen. It didn't...
Getting ready for a beautiful shot: Dark skies and their reflection in the lake.
My favorite time to take pictures: Just before it's getting really dark,
and just after the streetlights go on.
And then I just turned around and there was the next picture, waiting to be taken.
A classical Tuscany-postcard scenery.
...and a shadow-selfie with my car/home and my camera.
Over the next month I'll spend loads of time in the darkroom, as
I am quite curious about what my camera was seeing there!
Documented using a Sony RX1R; portrayed camera: Nagaoka 4x5, customized.
