On The Road, still a Steem-citizen
Arriving Back Home
My Dear Steemians! I did not leave steemit, how could I?! But I am in that phase of photography that doesn't give much results: Preparations for the next project. In my case, that means getting The Bus ready for the road, learning some Albanian, saving up for film & diesel.... At the side I am buying a piece of land with some buildings on it in eastern Austria. This might keep me busy during the next years, as I will set up a huge space for analog photography there.
Nevertheless, I try to be a good steemit-citizen; I do my daily rounds of votes and flags and I closely follow the developement of this fun-tastic platform. What I really like is the fact that during the last months flagging has been established as something important. In my opinion this is a crucial move for a de-centralized platform. I had my doubts if 'the crowd', coming from an 'everything-is-awesome'-world, will manage this move that is so important in anarchism and self governance. I am really proud that it worked out, and huge thanks for the efforts of:
@fulltimegeek, @hendrix22, @thejohalfiles, @friendsofgondor, @lyndsaybowes, @flagawhale, @truthtrader, @abusereports, @transisto, @iflagtrash, @nikokafka
just to mention a few.
I hope I will have more to share in the future, but please don't become too impatient. If I manage all these important steps in my life, there will be loads to come! In the meantime, please everybody: Steem On!
all the Best, and see you on the road!
Captain Klaus
A little note about my use of voting bots:
I do use voting bots to push my post to the hot page; but only after the post is one day old, so the curation rewards go to you, if you vote early.
I will also upvote my own post with my meager voting power worth appr. $ 0.04. Again only after the post is one day old.
And: Any photographs in my posts are mine. I find them on the roads.
