So Far, Floating, LargeFormatPhotography, on the road in Ukraine, [Repost]*
This used to be the signature shot during the years I spent on the road.
It's shot from the roof of The Bus using a large format (8x10) camera.
I love the feeling of floating towards the horizon this street and
perspective create together. Plus those Ukrainian Simpson-Skies...
A lot of dodging and burning went into this (and not on photoshop...). This gives the image its vibrance, while also detaching it a bit from reality.
In the end it has come quite close to a painting.
*[Repost]: After posting this in my early days with steem, I realised that my audience was very small then.
I now repost some of the best pictures I made to an audience of 1100+.
